A deposit of £100 reserves the product for 3 days. If you don’t come to our Knightsbridge boutique to see and collect the product or make a full payment online, your deposit will be refunded and the item will be made available for purchase by other customers.
If you choose to place a deposit on an item and subsequently reconsider your decision within the designated 3-day timeframe, we will readily provide a complete refund using the original payment method.
Please be advised, any item reserved for a valued customer shall not leave our premises until full payment has been duly received.
If an item is already reserved you may be able to buy it should the other customer not complete their order, in this instance the item will be made available again granting you access to reserve.
Although an appointment isn’t required we strongly encourage customers to book an appointment immediately after placing the deposit.
