1) What Condition Do My Items Need to Be in to Sell?
At Love Luxury, we will examine the condition of your item to make an evaluation. Any high-end item can be bought by us as long as it is in good condition, at least not excessively damaged.
Diamonds must be accompanied by a certificate (preferably a GIA certificate). We prefer hallmarked gold, but we also buy gold without a hallmark.
Also, if you think your item is in too poor a condition to sell, we encourage you to come in and make an appointment for an appraisal. You may be pleasantly surprised at the value of your piece!
We currently take Handbags, Watches, Diamonds, Gold and Jewellery.
2) How Can You Keep Our Transaction Confidential?
Absolutely. We do not share our client’s information with third parties including friends and family. Our policy is to always be discreet and professional.
3) How Quickly Can I Sell My Items?
You can be paid within 30mins of arriving at your appointment in our Knightsbridge branch. Alternatively, one of our representatives will come to you within 24 hours in the London area if a price has been agreed for items over a value of £5,000. This is our promise, we guarantee the fastest and easiest service in the UK. Our team of staff are trained to the highest level.
4) Do I Need an Appointment to Sell My Item?
We normally accept all walk-ins, but during this unprecedented time, we recommend that everyone makes an appointment in advance. This allows us to limit the number of clients in the office at once, therefore, allowing us to focus fully on each individual.
5) How Do I Know I Am Getting the Best Price for My Item?
Our prices are incredibly competitive because they are based on the current market value. Nevertheless, you can rest assured of receiving the best price at Love Luxury.
6) What Are Your Measures Against COVID-19
We take necessary precautions against Covid-19 to ensure both your safety and ours. We provide protective masks, hand sanitiser and wipes to all customers before entry. We also encourage you to take safety precautions and follow all guidelines established by the government. Do your part to help slow the spread. Also, all of our staff are regularly tested.

8) How Does Your Buyback System Work?
We will first authenticate your item and then give you a price. Once we have agreed on a price, we will let you know the terms of our buyback program. You then have 28 days to redeem your item. Rest assured that all items are cared for and stored safely. You will receive your item in the same condition that you gave it to us. Please click here for more information on buyback.
9) Can I Extend My Buyback Date?
Yes, your buyback price is valid for 28 days from the day you sold your product to us and you are free to extend your buyback date during this period, not after. (Terms and conditions apply)
10) What Happens If I Do Not Come Back to Buy Back My Item?
Well, nothing happens, buyback is just a choice, if you choose not to buyback, that’s not a problem. The items will be put up for sale as soon as the agreement date is up. We do not offer free extensions and if you cannot pay for renewal or to buy the item back in full the item will be put for sale. Please understand the agreement is in place for a reason. We do not offer one-day extensions to make a late payment, due to the extension payment being due 24 hours prior to your buyback running out.
11) Is My Item Safe During Assessment and Storage?
The safety of your asset is our top priority. We have made every effort to ensure that an experienced technician handles your item. Plus, your item will never leave your presence, so you can be sure it is in good hands. If items are left on consignment, we use a private company that is fully insured to hold high-end luxury items within their vault.
12) Do You Only Buy Authentic Items?
Whether you are buying or selling, everything we deal in is 100% authentic. Our authentication process is 100% confirmed. Imitation or counterfeit brands will not be accepted and will be turned down, please do not bring any items that are not genuine, this is against the law.
13) Do I Need ID to Sell?
You will need 2 forms of ID, a valid driving license with a photo or a valid passport, plus one of the following; a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 3 months. If you do not have your ID we will not be able to buy from you, so please be sure to bring your original copies. Utility bills can be sent to us via email and we can print them out in our office for you at the time of sale or consignment.
14) Do I Need ID to Buy?
When buying items over £2,000 from us via cash or transfer we will need 2 forms of ID, a valid driving license with a photo or a valid passport and a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 3 months. If you do not provide your ID we will not be able to send the items out to you or you will not be able to collect from us until you do.
15) If I Buy Items from You Can Someone Else Collect for Me?
We will need your ID’s plus the person’s ID that is collecting on your behalf, we will also need an email confirming that you are happy for the person to collect, someone may call you to confirm once the person arrives to make sure you are still happy for them to collect.
16) Can I Set up a Payment Plan on Your Stocked Items?

17) Do You Offer Finance on Items?
Yes, we have a finance option and we can help you sort this out on the day and go through monthly instalments with you (Terms and conditions apply).
18) Where Do You Sell Your Items?
We are a private selling company and have clients all over the world who buy directly from us, we also have sister retails stores in London but we mainly sell to our private clients, however, we do list items on our Instagram @loveluxury_uk.
