This bag comes in fair preloved condition with signs of use. It has new hardware as provided by Chanel spa. All 4 corners have signs of use and one corner more noticable than others. The bag has lost a bit of its shape through use hoever there is a lot of life still left in this bag. Internally there is the zipper rub and multiple nail marks plus the inner pockets are a little floppy. The chain is softened due to use.
