A deposit of £100 is non-refundable and reserves the product for three working days only. If you do not visit our Knightsbridge boutique to see and collect the product or make a full payment online within this timeframe, the item will be made available for purchase by other customers.
Please note that the £100 deposit is non-refundable but can be used as store credit toward another purchase within our boutique.
Any item reserved for a customer will remain on our premises and will not leave until full payment has been received. If an item is already reserved by another customer, you may still purchase it should they fail to complete their order within their allocated three working days. At that point, the item will become available again for reservation or purchase.
Appointments are required for visiting the store, whether you are buying, selling, consigning, or picking up items. We strongly encourage you to book an appointment immediately after placing your non-refundable deposit to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
